Jabal Development Mining Inc or Jabal for short means Mountain or Palao in the native Maguindanao-Iranon-Maranao tribes of Mindanao, Southern Philippines. It’s Semitic in origin, the tongue Hebraic Moses, Aramaic Christ Jesus, Amharic Queen of Sheba and Arabic Muhammad.

Project Overview

Jabal primarily aims to conduct Mine Exploration on this greenfield unexplored exciting known proven Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) and secondary porphyry geologic region with high grade Cu-Zn and elevated Au-Ag-Co potential under MGB Exploration Permit Applicant No. 000010-XII covering 5,068.41 hectares.

Its Mine Exploration potentials is enhanced by the JORC/VALMIN complying Competent Person’s Report and its appended Petrographic Studies that authoritative stated presence of “Black Smoker Type” Volcanogenic Hosted Massive Sulphide (VHMS) with high probability to find the next economic mineral deposits along the Cotabato Fault Line.

Excerpt from JORC Complying Competent Person’s Report done by Robert Mclean, Senior Consultant Geologist, CSA-Australia Pty. Ltd, showed High Prospective Economic Scale VMS Mineralization Highlights.

Furthermore, JORC Complying Petrographic Study of Ten Rock Samples taken from Jabal tenement done by Mr. Douglas Mason, Petrological Services for the Mineral Exploration and Mining Industry, Mason Geosciences Pty Ltd, Adelaide, Australia stated that most of the samples collected under study belong to two rock groups: altered andesitic volcanogenic rocks and fine-grained massive sulphide rocks. Together, these rocks are considered to represent a volcanic-hosted massive sulphide (VMS or VHMS) environment.

Recent four months expanded geological investigation entitled “BRECCIA-HOSTED VOLCANOGENIC MASSIVE SULFIDE DEPOSIT AT JABAL MINING CLAIMS, NORTH COTABATO MINDANAO ISLAND, PHILIPPINES, done by Jose D. Madrona ABSTRACT stated:

The lithological units at Jabal Development Mining, Inc. tenement are associated with ultramafic composition and mafic rock of massive lavas, pillow lavas and volcaniclastic sediments of the dismembered ophiolite. The brecciated spilitic basalt of the ophiolite sequence is host to volcanogenic-related massive sulphide (VHMS or VMS) deposit of “black smoker” type of fine massive sulphides. The deposit, formed in marine environment, is associated with moderately to deeply altered basalt in brecciated zones along faults, compression fractures and probably tension fractures at depth of the syncline. The VHMS mineralization reflects a replacement type mineralization and in-fillings of pore spaces in moderately to deeply weathered basalt breccias. However, permeation type of mineralization of fine sulphide minerals occurs in volcaniclastics or remobilized volcaniclastics. Alteration in brecciated zones includes chloritization, silicification, albitization and argillization. The ophiolite, considered to be a supra-subduction zone, was emplaced in back arc setting in marginal Cotabato basin

Mineral Potentials consistently showed high grade Cu-Zn and elevated Au-Ag-Co credits highlighted by mid Jabal located outcrop McPhar assay of Cu 17.57%, Zn 1.162%, Ti 0.49%, Co 0.2378%, Ni 0.1951%, Fe 31.88%, Au 0.708ppm, Ag 31.7ppm, V 204ppm

Technical Overview

Established genetic models, typical excellent geophysical signatures, factors and characteristics makes exploration focused and systematic enhances likelihood of finding the Mine under VMS Mineralization environment.

Legal Overview

This grassroot based corporate entity, Philippine Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporated under Registration No. D1996-00649 and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) TIN 295-301926-000, aims conduct Mine Exploration on its Exploration Permit Applicant No. 000010-XII covering 5,068.41 hectares located in PALMA PB Alliance, Central Mindanao, Southern Philippine.

Jabal received Memorandum Clearance requisites on the issuance of the Exploration Permit and waiting final government peculiar “No Go Zone” policy clearance.

Geo-politics Sovereign Overview

Environ is generally perceived “sovereign risk” which in 2013 MGB XII and Provincial Government of North Cotabato had imprisoned four small scale illegal miners, confiscated (four) ball mills and (28) sacks load of ore apprehended at the highlands of Jabal.  It increased certifiable assumption on finding a Mine thus investment high reward probability.

It is located along the Central part of the Cotabato Fault Lines which southern part has the proven world class mine undeveloped Mines of Glencore-Xstrata Indophil SMI.

Public perceptions on Jabal projects’ geo-political environ location is worth considering notwithstanding its green field “unexplored” prospect!

Investment redounds to economically sustainable politically stable sovereign, indeed.
